Frozen Beef Offals and By-Products
A variety of highest quality edible offals and by products are produced under strict processing and quality assurance controls. Products may be individually wrapped (IWP), layer or vacuum packed and frozen in tunnels or plate freezers at –35º C (–31º F) following strict controls and client specifications.
