Fresh Beef Cuts

All fresh beef cuts are produced according to client’s specifications using selected carcasses, according to weight and fat configurations. Constant controls are in place to guarantee uniform quality, packaging and storage.

Chilled Beef Cuts

Vacuum packed; stored and shipped at -1 to +1º C (29 to 34º F) under strict processing controls.

Frozen Beef Cuts

Individually wrapped (IWP), layer or vacuum packed; frozen in tunnels at –35º C (-31º F) under strict processing controls.
